What we do for you.

Before we draw anything, we want to know where your product will land. We do in-depth market research and lay what already exists side by side: what is the competition doing, what are they not doing, and where can your product stand apart?

We also look at who will use the product. Who is the user, and what do they need? It all comes together in a clear list of requirements: the list every later decision is weighed against.

What we do

  • Market research
  • User research
  • Competitor analysis
  • Positioning
  • List of requirements

What you get

A clear positioning and a concrete list of requirements.

This is where the product gets its form. That form does not come out of nowhere: what we learned in research about the user and the market decides how the product looks and feels.

We start wide with concept sketches and form studies, and make ideas tangible early in physical prototypes. That way you feel how something sits in the hand instead of imagining it. Colour, material and finish are chosen in the same move.

What we do

  • Concept sketches
  • Form studies
  • Ergonomics
  • CMF: colour, material, finish
  • Physical prototypes

What you get

A worked-out design you can hold.

Manufacturability is not a step at the end. We keep it in mind from the first sketch, so there are no unpleasant surprises later in the process.

We look at which production method suits you best, based among other things on the number of pieces you want to make. We turn the concepts into 3D drawings and optimise those for production, iteration after iteration.

What we do

  • Design for manufacturing (DFM)
  • 3D CAD
  • Choice of production method
  • Iterations
  • Production-ready drawings

What you get

A design in 3D that is ready for production.

A good design needs the right maker. We look for the manufacturer that fits your product and the chosen production method.

After that we take on the communication with the manufacturers. You do not have to send technical questions back and forth: you have one point of contact, from first quote to production.

What we do

  • Sourcing
  • Manufacturer selection
  • Quotes
  • Communication with manufacturers
  • Production follow-up

What you get

The right manufacturer, and one point of contact.
